Documents Required
Please bring the ORIGINAL and 2 photocopies of the following documents at the time of admission:

Original Scheme Card Your physical Swasthya Sathi or PM-JAY card.

Patient's Aadhaar Card Mandatory for biometric verification.

Khadyasathi (Ration) Card Required for specific government scheme validations.

All Previous Medical Reports Prescriptions, blood tests, USG, X-Rays, etc.
Cashless Process
Doctor Consultation
Consult our specialist. If surgery or admission is required, the doctor will provide an admission advice slip.
Visit TPA Helpdesk
Take the advice slip and your documents to our dedicated Swasthya Sathi/TPA desk on the Ground Floor.
System Blocking & Approval
Our staff will block your package in the government portal. Biometric (fingerprint) verification of the patient is done here.
Zero-Bill Treatment
Once approved, your entire treatment, surgery, medicine, and bed charges are completely covered. You pay nothing at discharge.
